Priority booking of BAUN annual conference and exhibition space

• BAUN will give priority booking of exhibition space to corporate members at the BAUN Annual Conference and Exhibition
• Priority booking will apply for a three week period prior to information being sent out to non- members. The exhibitor prospectus and exhibition plan, along with a stand booking form will be sent to corporate members by post or email on the same day. No association liability will arise as a result of any failure on the part of the postal service or email to deliver the prospectus to arrive with all corporate members at the same time
• The exhibitor prospectus and exhibition booking form will be sent only to the senior manager designated on the corporate membership application form
• In order to prevent difficulties which may arise as a result of the senior manager being on holiday at the time of despatch of the booking material, BAUN will publish details of the dates when the material will be posted to corporate members in the BAUN Newsletter immediately preceding the booking period
• Priority booking will apply to all corporate members on a first come, first served basis, within the three week booking period
• Priority booking will only apply to the annual national conference and exhibition and not to any other business group event or interest group event

Free loose insert into BAUN Digital Newsletter and acknowledgement in newsletter

• Each corporate member will be entitled to place a single digital loose insert into any one edition of the BAUN Newsletter during the year of corporate membership with the charge of placing the loose insert being This can be supplied as an image or text with link
• The corporate member may choose any edition of the newsletter when placing a loose insert but is required to confirm this booking in the normal manner of a ‘paid for’ loose insert. In all cases, an acknowledgement of order will be sent to the corporate member confirming full details of the insertion
• Deadline booking dates for both adverts and the receipt of loose inserts are printed routinely in the BAUN Newsletter when space allows. Corporate members may request a copy of the booking deadline dates and publication dates from the association secretariat at any time
• Acknowledged in each newsletter as Corporate Member

Use of BAUN Corporate Member logo

• Corporate members will be allowed the use of the BAUN corporate member’s logo on company headed paper, compliment slips and business cards
• Where corporate membership is not renewed it is incumbent on the corporate member to cease using the logo with effect from the last day of the month of membership

The corporate logo cannot be used under any circumstances on company product material or on press releases.

• The BAUN Conference and Exhibition Handbook will have a specific section dedicated to corporate members. The layout for this section will be decided by BAUN
• This section will include a 25 word piece about the company, written by the company and may be promotional material and include the company logo
• This piece will be provided by the company by the deadline date for material to be received for insertion into the handbook
• BAUN will provide these deadline dates to the corporate members on an annual basis

Include your event/s on BAUN Educational Calendar

• Your event listed free on calendar – max. of 2 per year
